For the first time in Forza Horizon history, your progress, cars, and achievements can transfer between Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PlayStation 5.

Make sure you have an internet connection on both devices
Sign in with the same Microsoft/PlayStation account (cross-platform account linking required)
Cloud save is automatic when connected to the internet
On your new platform, select "Continue from Cloud" at the main menu
Your progress will download and sync automatically

PS5 Launch Timing

PS5 version launches later in 2026. Your Xbox/PC save will transfer when PS5 version becomes available.

One Active Save

Your save is tied to your account. You can only have one active save across all platforms. Progress syncs in real-time.

Local Save Backup

We recommend backing up your local save before major updates or platform changes.
